Ingredients for 4 servings:
- some oil
- 3 tbsp flour
- 1 liter broth, instant
- 8 m.-sized potatoes, boiled and peeled
- 4 eggs, boiled and chopped
- 4 cucumber(s) , (pickled gherkins)
- 3 bay leaves
- 1 sausage (knacker)
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Make a light roux from the oil and flour, pour in the broth, and bring to a boil. Add the sliced potatoes, the finely chopped gherkins, the finely chopped sausages, the eggs, and the bay leaves and simmer briefly. Season with salt and pepper. Add a little cucumber vinegar, if desired.
