Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 onion(s)
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 1 tsp tomato paste
- 4 cucumber(s) (pickles)
- 1 tsp vinegar
- pepper
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Finely chop the onion and fry in a little oil. Add the minced meat and brown it well. Meanwhile, cut the pickles into very small cubes. Season the minced meat with salt and pepper. Then add the tomato paste and pour in a little water to cover the mixture. Finally, add the teaspoon of vinegar to taste and season with salt and pepper again, if desired. This dish tastes best with boiled potatoes.
