Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 3 carrots
- 1 leek(s)
- 1 celery
- bay leaves
- 1 ½ liters of chicken broth and water
- Ginger
- 200 g chicken, cooked, leftovers
- Soy sauce
- rice wine
- salt and pepper
- Allspice
- Garlic
- chili
- Sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Brown the meat with leek, ginger, and garlic. Season with seasoning powder, pepper, and soy. Pour in the stock. Season with sugar, vinegar, and chili. Add soy and cider vinegar to taste. Finally, add the carrots and vegetables to the soup. Let it simmer well. The more often the soup is reheated, the better it tastes.
