Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 188 g rye flour or wholemeal rye flour
  • 188 g spelt flour type 630
  • 8 g dry yeast
  • 270 ml water, warm
  • ¾ tsp, leveled sugar
  • ¾ tbsp salt
  • ¾ tbsp oil or olive oil
  • ¾ tbsp caraway seeds, alternatively bread spice mix with coriander, fennel and caraway seeds
  • ¾ tbsp aniseed

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 hours 30 minutes; Total time approx. 3 hours 40 minutes

Pour the dry yeast into the yeast dispenser. Simply add all other ingredients to the bread pan of the bread maker in the order listed. Select menu 12 (rye). CAUTION: Use the rye dough hook!
