Movie burger for the film “Toy Story”
Cook the noodles in plenty of boiling salted water according to the package instructions. Rinse the noodles in cold water, drain in a sieve and pat dry with kitchen paper. Whisk the egg yolk and toss with the noodles in a bowl. Divide the noodles between 4 round dishes, each approximately 3 cm high (8-10 cm in diameter). Cover with cling film, press down firmly and weigh down with a can of tomatoes, for example. Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes. Meanwhile, wash the spinach and spin dry. Peel and finely dice the ginger. Finely dice the garlic. Heat 1 tbsp of oil, sesame oil and honey in a pan. Fry the garlic and ginger until golden brown. Add the spinach and let it wilt. Season with soy sauce, pepper, salt and a pinch of sugar and set aside. Knead the meat with 2 tbsp of terikai sauce and season generously with pepper. Form 2 patties from the mixture. Mix together the mayonnaise and wasabi paste. Slice the cucumber. Slice the tomato. Clean, wash, and thinly slice the spring onion. Remove the noodles from the molds. Heat 4 tablespoons of oil in a non-stick pan and fry the pressed noodles for 5-6 minutes on each side. Drain on kitchen paper and keep warm in the oven. Heat the remaining oil in a pan. Season the patties with salt and pepper and fry for 3-4 minutes on each side. Turn over, deglaze with the remaining teriyaki sauce, and top with the cheese. Top each noodle package with the tomato, cucumber, spring onion, drained spinach, and patties. Drizzle with the mayonnaise and top with the remaining noodle packages.
