Soy tofu patties

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 240 ml water
  • 200g tofu
  • 80 g soy granules
  • 1 tbsp spiced ketchup
  • 1 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • 1 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cover the soy granules with water and season with garlic. Add the tofu and puree the mixture. Stir in the ketchup, oil, breadcrumbs, starch, mustard, and soy sauce. Form the mixture into equal-sized burger patties. Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat) and bake the patties for about 15 minutes, until the desired browning is achieved. Serve.
