Tofu and tomato pan

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 175 g tofu (smoked nut tofu)
  • 3 tbsp tomatoes, dried
  • some sunflower oil
  • some salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

vegan

Heat some oil in a pan. Chop the tofu and tomatoes into small pieces and fry for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Then serve.
