Spaetzle Gratin with Mozzarella
The perfect spaetzle gratin with mozzarella recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
For the spaetzle:

for the vegetables:
- 30 g Butter
- 1 Onion

- Salt
- Pepper
for gratinating:
- 100 g Grated cheese
- 1 a cup Cream
- 1 bullet Mozzarella
