Ingredients
 

  • 1 kg Aronia berries fresh
  • 1 kg Elderberries fresh
  • 1 Lemon untreated
  • 1 Fresh ginger
  • Ground cinnamon
  • 100 g Honey liquid

Instructions
 

  • Wash the elderberry and aronia berries, drain them from the stalks and squeeze them. Bring the juice in a saucepan to a boil, cut a lemon into slices, add a 2 cm piece of ginger, also add cinnamon, season to taste, cook for 10 minutes. Now dissolve the honey and let it boil briefly. Remove the lemon and ginger and fill them into bottles immediately. Turn the bottles upside down for about 5 minutes.
