Spaghetti al arrabiata

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 400g spaghetti
  • 200 g smoked salmon, cut into strips
  • ½ onion(s), finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  • 8 tomatoes, dried, in oil, cut into strips
  • ½ bunch parsley, finely chopped
  • 3 tsp, heaped Pesto Arrabiata (red)
  • 100 g grated feta cheese
  • n. B. Salt
  • 5 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Spaghetti with salmon, dried tomatoes, garlic and pesto in oil

Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions until al dente. Sauté the onions, garlic, salmon, and sun-dried tomatoes in olive oil until the onions are golden brown and the salmon is cooked. Stir in the parsley and pesto and season with salt if desired. Then, in a large bowl, toss well with the spaghetti. If the spaghetti is too dry, add a little olive oil. Serve and sprinkle with feta cheese.
