Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g mushrooms (or other mushrooms), sliced
- 6 cl olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 small chili pepper(s) (green), finely chopped
- 1 small chili pepper(s) (red), finely chopped
- 1 tsp oregano (dried)
- Salt and pepper, black from the mill
- 250g spaghetti
- 1 tbsp parsley (flat), finely chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
a subtle variation
Heat the olive oil and sauté the mushrooms. Add the garlic and cook until translucent, then stir in the chili pieces. Simmer gently for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti until al dente. Add the drained pasta to the olio sauce, mix, and season with salt and pepper. Serve sprinkled with chopped parsley.
