Spaghetti al olio with fresh mushrooms

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g mushrooms (or other mushrooms), sliced
  • 6 cl olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 small chili pepper(s) (green), finely chopped
  • 1 small chili pepper(s) (red), finely chopped
  • 1 tsp oregano (dried)
  • Salt and pepper, black from the mill
  • 250g spaghetti
  • 1 tbsp parsley (flat), finely chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

a subtle variation

Heat the olive oil and sauté the mushrooms. Add the garlic and cook until translucent, then stir in the chili pieces. Simmer gently for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti until al dente. Add the drained pasta to the olio sauce, mix, and season with salt and pepper. Serve sprinkled with chopped parsley.
