Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 150 g smoked bacon
- 1 tbsp oil
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 eggs
- 80 g Emmental cheese, grated
- 500g spaghetti
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cut the bacon into small cubes and fry slowly in oil in a large pan. In a bowl, quickly whisk the egg yolks, eggs, and cheese until smooth. Cook the spaghetti al dente and add it to the pan with the bacon while it’s still hot. Then pour the egg mixture over it and mix everything well. You can season it with plenty of freshly ground pepper before serving. We prefer it without.
