Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 300 g minced turkey
- 1 onion(s)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 pack of tomatoes, pureed
- 1 m.-sized carrot(s)
- 1 piece(s) celery
- 2 tsp pizza seasoning or fresh herbs
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 100g spaghetti
- 1 m.-sized carrot(s)
- 1 zucchini
- salt and pepper
- Grated cheese, optional
- Parsley or basil, optional

Dice the onion and garlic and fry lightly. Add the ground turkey and fry. Grate a carrot and celery and add them. Deglaze everything with the tomatoes and a small glass of water, season with salt, pepper, and pizza seasoning (or fresh herbs if you like), and cook until tender. Julienne the second carrot and zucchini, ideally using a spiralizer. Place the spaghetti on the pan. Three minutes before the end of cooking time, add the carrot spirals, and one minute before the end of cooking time, add the zucchini and cook briefly. Arrange the pasta and vegetables on a plate and serve with the sauce. Sprinkle with cheese or parsley/basil, if desired. 5-6 P per person
