Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g spaghetti, also whole wheat spaghetti
  • 125 g sheep’s cheese
  • 125 g cream
  • 500 g broccoli
  • n. B. herbs such as parsley and chives
  • e.g. pine nuts, roasted without fat
  • n. B. Pfeffer
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Hospital Court

Cook the broccoli florets in salted water until al dente and drain. Cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Meanwhile, heat the cream in a high-sided pan, crumble in the feta cheese, and let it melt. Add the chopped herbs and the broccoli. Finally, fold in the spaghetti. If you like, you can also add pine nuts. A top food combining recipe that I make often.
