Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 tbsp water
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 100 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 can peach(s)
  • 2 cups of cream
  • 1 pack of vanilla pudding powder (vanilla cream of paradise)
  • 250 g quark
  • n. B. Sauce (Strawberry Sauce)
  • e.g. coconut flakes

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Mix water, oil, eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, flour, and baking powder into a batter and pour it into a prepared cake tin. Bake the batter in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 15 minutes. Drain the peaches and chop them. Mix the cream with the paradise cream, add the quark, and mix everything together. Spoon half of the cream mixture onto the cake base and spread the peaches on top. Fill a piping bag with the remaining cream and pipe it onto the peaches. Spoon the strawberry sauce onto the cake and decorate with coconut flakes.
