Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 500g spaghetti
- salt water
- 4 eggs
- 200 g Parmesan, freshly grated
- 150 g bacon
- 1 onion(s)
- 2 cloves garlic
- salt and pepper
- some butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Whisk 4 eggs and gradually add the Parmesan cheese until it thickens. Depending on the size of the eggs, you may need a little more or less than 200g. Finely chop the onion and garlic and fry them in a large pan with plenty of butter. Add the bacon and fry well. Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti in salted water and drain, then add it to the pan with the bacon and turn it over a few times. Then pour the eggs and Parmesan cheese over them, turning them over quickly several times to prevent them from curdling.
