Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 250 g tagliatelle pasta
- salt water
- 1 m.-sized onion(s)
- 200 g cooked ham (back ham)
- 100 g bacon, diced
- 2 large eggs
- 1 bag of cheese (Emmental), grated
- 1 bunch of chives for garnishing
- salt and pepper
- Fat for frying

simple, quick and very tasty!
Cook the pasta as usual in salted water until al dente. In the meantime, finely chop the onion and dice the cooked ham. Sauté the onions in a pan with fat (I use vegetable cream) until translucent and add the ham cubes along with the bacon cubes. Sear everything until the ham and bacon cubes get some color. Now add the cooked, drained pasta and season with salt and pepper, then stir well. Crack the two eggs over everything and stir until the eggs are set. Serve the pasta on plates and sprinkle with grated cheese and some chives. Serve with a green leaf salad.
