Spaghetti Chinese style

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500g spaghetti
  • 1 liter vegetable broth
  • 3 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 3 large carrots
  • 3 m.-large bell pepper(s), red, green, yellow
  • 1 large zucchini
  • 1 jar mung bean sprouts
  • 5 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 ½ tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 ½ tbsp olive oil
  • 5 tsp sugar
  • 1 pinch of chili powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Finely dice the onions and slice the remaining vegetables. Quarter the spaghetti. In a large pot, sauté the vegetables and onions in a little olive oil for a few minutes. Add the vegetable stock and bring to a boil. Then add the spaghetti and simmer for 8-10 minutes. In a cup, combine the soy sauce, cornstarch, olive oil, sugar, and chili powder and stir into the cooked noodles.
