Spaghetti Cooked with Special Seasoning

The perfect spaghetti cooked with special seasoning recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

for the sauce

  • Ground beef
  • Tomatoes
  • Red pepper
  • Fresh avocado
  • Curry sauce (in my KB)

Spices for pasta water

  • Paprika powder
  • Mace
  • Coarse salt
  • Tabasco green
  • Soy sauce

  • Onion

  • Ground corriander
  1. Heat the pasta water and then add the mentioned spices to the pasta water. As soon as the pasta water boils, add the pasta and cook al dente. After the pasta is done, pour it into a sieve and collect the pasta water (you can use this to make strong sauces instead of water over the next few days).
  2. Fry the ground beef with a diced onion and 2 cloves of garlic in a little olive oil. Then add the corriander spice and the remaining ingredients for the sauce. Now add spoonfuls of the water until you reach the desired level of liquid. Briefly boil once – done
  3. Put plenty of sauce and a spaghetti roll in a pasta plate. Pepper from the mill – and that’s it. A small salad completes the whole thing.
