Spaghetti, Cooked without Water

The perfect spaghetti, cooked without water recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Spaghetti
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 2 Shallots chopped
  • 750 ml Vegetable broth
  • 750 ml Beef broth
  • Possibly salt or pasta seasoning
  1. First, the broth (half vegetable broth (vegetable stock, base beef broth) and half beef broth) is heated.
  2. Melt 3 tablespoons butter, then add the chopped ones and sauté shallots.
  3. Put in the spaghetti and gradually pour the hot broth over a medium heat.
  4. Always stir a little so that the spaghetti doesn’t burn.
  5. Let the stock reduce again and again and pour in again until the spaghetti is cooked al dente.
  6. Finally, season with salt or pasta, depending on your needs.
  7. Scatter the shaved Parmesan cheese on top. You can also serve fish, goulash, shrimp, tomato sauce and other tasty ingredients.
