Spaghetti from Grana Padanoib

The perfect spaghetti from grana padanoib recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Spaghetti
  • 1 loaf Grana Padano
  • 250 g Arugula
  • 250 g Cherry tomatoes
  • 50 Milliliters Spaghetti broth
  • Olive oil
  1. Cut the lid off the top of the Grana Padano loaf and hollow out a hole. Cook the spaghetti in well-seasoned water until al dente. While the spaghetti is cooking, the tomatoes are washed and cut in half. Wash the rocket too and cut it into small pieces. Drain the spaghetti while holding back some broth.
  2. Using a fork, scrape plenty of cheese from the inner wall of the loaf. Place the tomatoes and rocket in the loaf, now add the hot spaghetti and a little olive oil. Add some freshly ground pepper to season. That must now be mixed well. Finally, arrange the spaghetti on the plates.
