Spaghetti – meatballs – nests
Spaghetti nests
- 250 g Spaghetti
- 1 tbsp Rapeseed oil
- 2 Eggs
- 30 gr Parmesan
Tomato sauce
- 1 Onion
- 1 tbsp Rapeseed oil
- 1 kl. Can Chunky tomatoes
- 1 kl. Can Tomato paste
- 0,5 tsp *Vorratshaltung Gemüsepaste – Pulver
- 1 pinch Raw cane sugar
- 1 tsp Sweet paprika powder
- 1 tsp Dried oregano
- 1 tsp Dried basil
- Salt, gourmet pepper to taste
meatballs
- 250 g Ground beef
- 1 Egg
- 40 ml Milk
- 50 g *Brotbrösel
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 1 tsp Dried oregano
- 20 g Parmesan
- 1 tsp Salt
miscellaneous
- Rapeseed oil for frying to taste
- 0,5 Cucumber
- Salt, gourmet pepper to taste
- Pomegranate seeds to taste
- Parmesan for sprinkling
spaghetti
- Boil the spaghetti in salted water until al dente, then pour into a sieve, rinse with water, drain and mix with rapeseed oil. Return to the saucepan and set aside.
Tomato sauce
- Peel the onion in a speed chopper and chop up Put some rapeseed oil in a saucepan, heat it up. Add the finely chopped onion and sauté in it. Add chunky tomatoes, tomato paste, raw cane sugar, oregano & basil one after the other, stir and bring to the boil.
- Then switch down and simmer for a quarter of an hour (15 minutes). Season with salt and gourmet pepper, season to taste. Then set the pot aside. Remove approximately four (4) tablespoons and place in a bowl.

- Place ground beef in a bowl. Add egg, milk, * breadcrumbs. Peel and chop the garlic clove and add it as well. Then mix in the oregano, salt & grated Parmesan.
- Shape the minced meat dough into 12 small meatballs. Then take the bowl where the small part of the tomato sauce is in. Put meatballs in and stir once. Put the rapeseed oil in a pan, heat it up. Add the meatballs and fry all over. Then take it out and set it aside.
Spaghetti nests
- Beat the eggs in a bowl and mix with the freshly grated Parmesan. Stir in the tomato sauce and mix in completely. Take the saucepan with the spaghetti and add the tomato sauce, stir well.
- Take a muffin pan and grease the hollows with a brush. Roll up tomato spaghetti with a fork and a spoon into nests and place in the greased hollows. Place a small meatball in the middle of each of the spaghetti nests and sprinkle with cheese.
- Preheat the oven to 200 ° degrees top / bottom heat. Then add the whole thing and bake for about 20 minutes.

- Wash half of the cucumber, pat dry and slice into strips. Season with salt and gourmet pepper. Then take one or more flat plates and add the spaghetti meatballs nests. Spread the cucumber strips all around and top with a few pomegranate seeds. Serve immediately :-).
