Spaghetti Nests in Muffin Cases

The perfect spaghetti nests in muffin cases recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 bullet Mozzarella
  • 1 piece Pressed garlic
  • 3 piece Eggs
  • 400 g Pre-Cooked spaghetti
  • 1 kl. Can Peeled tomatoes
  • 100 g Grated cheese or Parmesan
  • 1 El Parsley or basil
  • 5 El Olive oil
  • Salt pepper
  • 1 El Oregano
  1. Mix the eggs with the cheese, garlic and parsley, season with salt and pepper, then stir in the spaghetti. Cut the mozzarella into slices and halve. Season the tomatoes with oregano, salt and pepper. Shape the spaghetti into nests with the help of a fork and place in the oiled muffin tins with about 2 spoons of tomato sauce and a piece of mozzarella on top. Bake at 180 degrees (top and bottom heat) for about 30 minutes, then remove from the molds and serve.
