Spaghetti with Meatballs in Tomato Cream Sauce

The perfect spaghetti with meatballs in tomato cream sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Pck Spaghetti
  • 300 g Ground beef
  • 1 Onion (peel, dice)
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tea Mustard
  • Some breadcrumbs
  • Salt pepper
  • 1 Pck Cube ham
  • 3 St Spring onions (wash, cut into rings)
  • 1 Pck Cerry tomatoes (wash, cut in half)
  • 1 Pck Cream cheese
  • 200 g Whipped cream
  • Salt, pepper, basil
  1. Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the packet.
  1. Mix the mince, egg, onion, breadcrumbs, mustard and spices together and form small meatballs out of them.
  1. Fry the cured ham in a pan without fat, remove. Then fry the meatballs in the same pan and remove them as well.
  1. Briefly fry the spring onions and cerry tomatoes in the frying fat. Remove 150ml of the pasta water, mix with the whipped cream and cream cheese. Then add the cured ham and the meatballs, simmer briefly. Season to taste with salt, pepper and basil. Good Appetite
