Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g spaghetti or other pasta of your choice
- 200 g North Sea crabs
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- 1 chili pepper(s), dried
- e.g. Parmesan, grated
- Parsley
- salt and pepper
- n. B. Garlic, crushed
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
with North Sea crabs, chili and garlic
Cook pasta al dente in salted water according to the package instructions. Older-than-thou pasta will also work. Meanwhile, sear the North Sea crab in a pan with the olive oil, garlic, and chili peppers. Season with salt and pepper. Place the cooked pasta in a colander and let it drain. Then add it to the pan with the seafood along with the roughly chopped fresh parsley. Toss to coat and serve immediately. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese. Tip: If desired, you can also add a squeeze of lemon juice.
