Spaghetti on Fast

The perfect spaghetti on fast recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 125 g Spaghetti
  • 2 fresh Country eggs
  • 1 small Garlic clove
  • 1 Tables fresh or frozen Chives from the garden
  • 1 Tables fresh or frozen Peccorino cheese
  • 3 Discs Italian ham raw
  • 1 small Fresh shallot
  • 1 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 small Tomatoes
  • 5 black with core Olives

This dish is all cooked in one saucepan

  1. I take the wok pan, fill it with water, bring it to a boil, add salt and put it in the “spagetti”. During this time, until they are ready, I cut the ham into any pieces, I lightly crack the eggs, dice the garlic clove, and also the shallot.
  2. Now the pasta should be ready, hollow it out into a bowl, please keep a little pasta water. Heat a little olive oil in the wok, pour it into the ham, lightly sauté the garlic and the shallot. The noodles are now in the wok and the dance begins, swirl some noodle water with it, stir in the eggs, mix in and you’re done.
  3. When serving, turn the pasta to the tower, sprinkle with the wonderful peccorino cheese and drizzle a little olive oil on top. Let the chives trickle over it and, it’s good. Enjoy the meal
