Spaghetti pizza

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 onions
  • 3 bell peppers, red or 1 jar
  • 400 g cream
  • 1 pack of cooked ham
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 5 tomatoes
  • 1 can of tomato paste (140 g)
  • 500g spaghetti
  • salt water
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Fondor
  • n. B. Cheese of your choice, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

for 1 baking tray

Cook the spaghetti in salted water. Meanwhile, dice the onions, tomatoes, and peppers and sauté them in a deep pan with the oil until softened. Deglaze everything with the cream and stir until thickened. Season with tomato paste until nicely browned. Spread the spaghetti on a baking sheet. Top with the diced cooked ham. Spread the sauce over the spaghetti. Finally, sprinkle with the grated cheese. Bake at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 15 minutes, until the cheese has melted and the sauce has been absorbed.
