Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 kg spaghetti
- salt water
- 1,250 g minced meat
- 2 packs of tomatoes, pureed
- 2 cups of cream
- 4 eggs
- salt and pepper
- Garlic
- 500 g cheese, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions, then drain. Transfer the drained spaghetti to a baking dish. Combine the passata with the spices and eggs and pour over the spaghetti. Mix everything loosely. Crumble the raw ground beef over the pasta. Cook everything in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 30 minutes. Then spread the cheese on top and bake for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
