Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500g spaghetti
  • 500 g cooking cream
  • 200 g cooked ham
  • 3 m.-sized eggs
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

First, cook the spaghetti according to the instructions. In the meantime, put the eggs and cream into a large enough bowl, add a little salt and a good amount of black pepper, and mix everything well. Now cut the cooked ham into strips or pieces, as desired. When the pasta is ready, drain the water quickly, but don’t dry it for too long. Pour the pasta straight back into the pot. Now add the ham and cream mixture, stir well, and bring to a boil slowly. Let the pasta stand for at least 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally. If the consistency is too runny, beat in another egg and heat through again. Serve on a plate with freshly ground pepper.
