Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 2 bottles of dark beer
  • 1 bottle of dark beer with cherry
  • 400 ml cherry juice
  • 80 ml white rum
  • 50 g brown sugar
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 4 lemon slices
  • 1 cinnamon stick(s)
  • 2 star anise
  • 2 cardamom pods
  • 8 carnations

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

easy and fast

Place the spices in a tea strainer. Heat all ingredients together in a saucepan – do not boil, as this will cause the alcohol to evaporate. Let the spices steep in a tea strainer for about 30 minutes over low heat. Remove the tea strainer when finished.
