Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500g spaghetti
  • 2 bell peppers, green
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 stalk(s) leek
  • 200 ml broth
  • 500 g Miracle Whip
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp spice mix (Chinese spice)
  • 5 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp curry powder

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

is the first salad to go on every buffet

Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain through a sieve. Trim the bell peppers and cut into bite-sized pieces. Peel and finely chop the onion. Trim the leek and thinly slice it and sauté it in the broth until al dente. Combine the Miracle Whip and seasonings in a bowl and mix. Now add the remaining ingredients and mix. Let stand overnight before serving.
