Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250g spaghetti
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 6 tbsp soy sauce
  • 4 tbsp lemon juice
  • 6 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp spice mix (Chinese spice)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Break the spaghetti in half twice and cook until al dente. Slice the spring onion into small rings. Make a dressing with the remaining ingredients. Mix the spaghetti and spring onion with the dressing and let it sit for about 30 minutes. It’s perfect for grilling.
