Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • ½ cup oil
  • 3 eggs
  • ½ cup sweetener
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 1 cup wholemeal spelt flour
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • Fat and flour for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

Whisk the oil with the sweetener and eggs until frothy. Stir in the buttermilk and vanilla sugar. Combine the flour and baking powder and slowly fold into the egg mixture. Grease and flour a loaf pan. Bake the dough in the pan at approximately 150°C (convection oven) for 50 minutes.
