Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 liter of juice (multivitamin)
- 2 packets of pudding powder (bourbon, vanilla or cream)
- Sugar
- 1 vanilla pod(s)
- Rum, white
- 400 g cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes
Mix the pudding mix with a little multivitamin juice. Bring the remaining juice to a boil with the scraped vanilla seeds and pod and sweeten to taste (this also depends on the sweetness of the juice). Add a good shot of white rum, remove the pod, and stir in the mixed pudding mix. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, until the juice thickens noticeably. Pour the pudding into a mixing bowl. Sprinkle the surface with a little sugar and cover with cling film to prevent a skin from forming as it cools. Allow to cool and refrigerate. Whisk the cooled pudding well. Taste again to see if it is sweet enough. Add a little more sugar to the cream, if desired. Whip the cream until stiff peaks and fold into the pudding. Spoon the finished mixture into serving bowls and refrigerate again. All exotic fruits, such as pineapple, mango, papaya, kiwi, lychee, star fruit, etc., go very well with this. Tip: Instead of multi-fruit juice, use a pure juice, such as mango, pineapple, or passion fruit. Layer the cream with sponge cake and fruit to create a tiramisu.
