Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 g pasta (spaghetti)
  • 4 tbsp vinegar
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 4 tbsp water
  • 2 packs of herbs (garden herbs)
  • 3 cloves garlic

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the spaghetti. Combine the vinegar, oil, water, and herbs in a covered bowl. Crush the garlic and add it to the dressing. Add the spaghetti, cover the bowl, and mix well. Refrigerate. If the salad is a little dry when served, simply add more water.
