Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500g spaghetti
- 3 tomatoes, e.g. E.g. Roma tomatoes
- 2 mozzarella
- 6 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper
- 1 bunch of basil
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 garlic clove(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Pasta salad with a twist
Cook spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Then let it cool (it shouldn’t stick together! Drizzle with a little olive oil if desired). Dice the tomatoes and mozzarella and place them in a large bowl with the finely diced onion and crushed garlic. Add the cooled spaghetti and season with balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, pepper, and basil to taste. Serve perfectly with grilled food.
