Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 1 pepper(s), quartered
- 1 point pasta, long, thin (spaghetti)
- 4 tbsp olive oil (not sunflower oil)
- 1 pinch(s) of salt and pepper
- 2 pkt. Feta cheese, unsalted or with tomatoes
- 2 tomatoes, quartered
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Cook the pasta in lightly salted water without oil. Then place it in a colander and drain. Let it cool for a few minutes. Quarter the peppers and feta. Place everything in a large bowl and add 4 tablespoons of olive oil. Shake well.
