Spaghetti salad with peppers and feta

Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 1 pepper(s), quartered
  • 1 point pasta, long, thin (spaghetti)
  • 4 tbsp olive oil (not sunflower oil)
  • 1 pinch(s) of salt and pepper
  • 2 pkt. Feta cheese, unsalted or with tomatoes
  • 2 tomatoes, quartered

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Cook the pasta in lightly salted water without oil. Then place it in a colander and drain. Let it cool for a few minutes. Quarter the peppers and feta. Place everything in a large bowl and add 4 tablespoons of olive oil. Shake well.
