Spaghetti salad with peppers

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 bell peppers, red, orange, green, yellow
  • 3 packs of herb mix (spicy kitchen herbs, e.g. from Knorr)
  • 300 g pasta (spaghetti)
  • 1 pack of sheep’s cheese
  • olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the spaghetti and chill. Chop the bell peppers and feta cheese and add them to the cooled spaghetti. Then prepare the dressing with 3 tablespoons each of water and olive oil per packet and pour over the spaghetti. Just before serving, drizzle with a little more olive oil and mix everything together.
