Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 50 g bacon, streaky
  • 4 sausages (Vienna sausages)
  • 250 g leek
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • ⅛ liter tomato ketchup
  • ¼ liter meat broth
  • 200 g pasta (spaghetti or fork spaghetti)
  • 100 g cheese, grated (Gouda)
  • ⅛ liter cream
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper
  • 4 tbsp parsley, chopped

Instructions

Finely dice the bacon and fry in oil. Fry the sliced ​​sausages in it. Add the sliced ​​leeks. Stir in the ketchup, add the broth, and bring to a boil. Break the spaghetti into two pieces, add it, and cook. Add the cheese and cream. Season to taste and stir in the parsley.
