Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 50 g bacon, streaky
- 4 sausages (Vienna sausages)
- 250 g leek
- 1 tbsp oil
- ⅛ liter tomato ketchup
- ¼ liter meat broth
- 200 g pasta (spaghetti or fork spaghetti)
- 100 g cheese, grated (Gouda)
- ⅛ liter cream
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch(s) of pepper
- 4 tbsp parsley, chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Finely dice the bacon and fry in oil. Fry the sliced sausages in it. Add the sliced leeks. Stir in the ketchup, add the broth, and bring to a boil. Break the spaghetti into two pieces, add it, and cook. Add the cheese and cream. Season to taste and stir in the parsley.
