Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g pasta (spaghetti)
  • 50 ml oil (olive oil)
  • 5 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 90 g anchovy fillet(s), chopped
  • 1 red chili pepper(s), finely chopped
  • 2 tsp chili flakes
  • 1 bunch parsley, flat-leaf, chopped
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

SABO – special spaghetti

Cook the spaghetti al dente. Heat oil in a pan and fry the anchovy fillets over low/medium heat until melted. Add the chili(s) and fry for 2 minutes. Add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Drain the spaghetti well and toss in the anchovy, chili, and garlic oil for 1 minute. Serve sprinkled with parsley.
