Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 300g spaghetti
- 1 pack of creamed spinach
- ½ cup cream
- 1 tsp mustard
- 4 eggs
- 8 slices of bacon
- 1 onion(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Pasta, spinach and a delicious crowning
Dice the onion and sauté in a pan. Thaw the spinach in the same pan with a little water. Cook the spaghetti. Prepare the spinach according to the package instructions, then stir in the cream and mustard. Fry the eggs one at a time until fried and fry the bacon until crispy. Divide the spaghetti and spinach sauce among 4 plates and serve each portion with an egg and 2 strips of bacon.
