Spaghetti toast

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 120g spaghetti
  • salt water
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 75 g salami or pepper salami, diced
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • some marjoram
  • 1 tsp, leveled vegetable broth, granulated
  • 4 slices of toast
  • 50 g Parmesan

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Spaghetti with tomato sauce and salami, topped with Parmigiano

Cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Sauté the onions in a little oil until translucent, add the diced salami and fry briefly. Add the tomato paste and ketchup, and season with a little marjoram (or oregano) and diced stock. Finally, add the precooked spaghetti. Lightly toast the toast and place the tomato spaghetti on top. Finally, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and bake at 180°C for about 5-10 minutes, until the cheese is golden brown.
