Spaghetti tuna salad

Spread the love

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 200g spaghetti
  • 1 handful of cherry tomatoes
  • 1 handful of arugula
  • 1 can of tuna
  • 5 tbsp oil
  • 3 tbsp vinegar
  • 6 pinch(s) salt
  • 2 pinches of pepper
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • chives

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 4 hours 25 minutes

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions, drain, and let cool. Wash the tomatoes, arugula, and chives. Quarter the tomatoes and finely chop the chives. For the dressing, combine the oil, vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper. I like to do this in a screw-top jar, which I then seal tightly and shake well. Add the tomatoes, chives, tuna, and arugula to the pasta and mix everything together. Pour the dressing over the pasta and fold it in. Let the salad marinate for about 4 hours.
