- 400 g cottage cheese
- 50 ml lemon juice
- 3 tsp xylitol (sugar substitute)
- 60 g almonds, chopped
- 1 dashes sweetener
- 1 tbsp honey
- 400 g fruit of your choice

Mix cottage cheese with lemon juice, sugar, sweetener, honey, and chopped almonds. Wash your fruit of choice and cut it into bite-sized pieces, add it to the bowl, mix, and enjoy. This is a delicious recipe for using up leftover fruit and is very versatile. It also tastes great in winter—with a generous pinch of cinnamon.
