Spaghetti tuna

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500g spaghetti
  • 2 garlic cloves, squeezed
  • 1 bunch parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 can tuna, in juice, shredded
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 250 ml cream
  • 2 egg yolks
  • salt and pepper
  • Parmesan, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

quick and sooooo delicious

Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions. Heat oil and butter in a small saucepan, then gently sauté the garlic, parsley, and tuna for about 10 minutes. Just before serving, stir in the egg yolk and cream and season to taste. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
