Spaghetti with bacon and Gorgonzola

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400g spaghetti
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Peperoncini, dried, as desired
  • 100 g bacon, diced
  • 200g Gorgonzola
  • 40 ml cream
  • 100 g Parmesan, grated
  • possibly milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Fry the pepperoncini and diced bacon in the oil until the fat has rendered. Dice the Gorgonzola and add it. Melt the Gorgonzola while stirring. Then add the cream and grated Parmesan cheese. To thin the sauce, add a little milk if desired, toss with the pasta, and serve immediately while hot.
