Spaghetti with Bockwurst and spinach cheese sauce

Spread the love

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 250g spaghetti
  • salt water
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pack of frozen spinach
  • 1 tbsp herb cream cheese
  • some condensed milk, if necessary
  • 3 Bockwurst, cut into slices
  • possibly grated cheese
  • some oil or butter for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the spaghetti in salted water according to the package instructions and prepare the spinach according to the package instructions. In the meantime, fry the sausage slices in a pan with a little butter (it browns better) until crispy on both sides. Stir the spinach regularly to prevent it from burning. Stir in the cream cheese and simmer briefly. Season with salt and pepper. If the spinach seems too thick, you can thin the sauce with a little unsweetened condensed milk. Drain the spaghetti, rinse well, and serve in portions on plates, then top with the cooked sausage and spinach sauce. If you like, you can garnish with grated cheese.
