delicious main course

Clean and dice the chicken breast fillet, add two tablespoons of fish sauce, stir through, and set aside. Slice the spring onions into rings (including the green part), chop the garlic, grate the ginger, and chop the chilies (if you don’t like it spicy, you can also use half a fresh red bell pepper). Cook the spaghetti as usual (do not rinse with cold water!). Just before the spaghetti is done, heat the oil in a wok. Add the chicken first, then the shrimp, and fry until almost cooked. Then add the garlic, chilies, and ginger, mix well, and stir-fry. When everything is cooked, add the spaghetti, spring onions, and soy sauce, touchingly reheating any cold spaghetti. Season to taste and serve. Serve with soy sauce. These noodles are a hit with family and guests alike.
