Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 bunch of spring onions
- 2 bell peppers, red
- 300 ml vegetable stock
- 400 ml cream
- 6 tbsp processed cheese
- some tomato paste
- 500g spaghetti
- salt water
- Cayenne pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Slice the spring onions into rings and fry in a little hot oil. Shortly after, add the diced bell peppers and fry them. Deglaze with the vegetable stock. Add the cream, tomato paste, and cream cheese until dissolved. Season with cayenne pepper. Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente, drain, and add to the sauce. Let it simmer for a bit longer.
