Spaghetti with cucumber and cheese sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250g spaghetti
  • ½ cucumber(s)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 pack of feta cheese
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Fresh pasta sauce – also suitable as a dip

Cook the spaghetti. Meanwhile, puree the remaining ingredients into a sauce. Then heat the sauce in the microwave until the cheese melts a bit. Then toss it with the spaghetti. Serve with roasted meat. The sauce also works well cold as a cheese and cucumber dip.
